Jen Wiles brings the real-world experience and community roots needed to win in House District 75. Raised in a rural North Carolina working-class family and with more than 20 years in healthcare—much of it in emergency and acute care—Jen understands how state policy affects families’ everyday lives. As a mom, community volunteer, and healthcare leader working to expand access and lower costs, she’s running to deliver practical, people-first leadership.
House District 75 is rapidly changing, with growing suburbs around Winston-Salem and a large share of unaffiliated voters—creating a real opportunity to build a winning coalition and flip this seat.
